Return/Exchange Policy

How to Request an Exchange:
You must call HumanHairWigs.org Customer Service at 888-655-WIGS (9447) or e-mail an Exchange request to customerservice@HumanHairWigs.org.  Approved Exchange requests are issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.  HumanHairWigs.org will only accept Exchange Returns with RMA an Number.

   
Requests for an exchange must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product(s). 

Product Eligibility:
Costume, Closeout, Clearance Discontinued, Accessories, Custom, Care Products, Display, or Special Orders are not returnable.

The returned items must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in original factory perfect condition.  Additionally the items must be returned in undamaged original box with all tags and packaging included and attached. 

Exchanges and Fees:
We do not offer refunds. We issue a 100% Store Credit for the value of the qualified return items on your first exchange. If a second return is necessary, a 20% re-stocking fee applies.  Shipping fees are not refundable and free shipping does not apply to exchange items.  Exchanges are limited to 2 exchanges per order.  Again, we do not offer refunds.  Store Credits are issued only after HumanHairWigs.org confirm the returned items are in perfect resalable condition as described above.  Store credits do not expire.

The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is not what you ordered or the item is defective.
